Team Chariot – 25 Triple Challenge
You’ve probably heard of the latest ‘25 push up challenge’ for mental health – well done to everyone who has taken part. The aim being to acknowledge those suffering from PTSD & stress related issues, esp during CV19. Team Chariot likes to go a step further, so I’ve come up with a bespoke challenge.
The 25 Triple Challenge: 25 Miles, 25 Push-ups each mile, so that’s 25 times – all in one day. Date: Friday 3rd July 2020
The plan is to walk/jog the 25 mile route, with boots & rucksack, along footpaths between two towns. Alongside that Team Chariot wants to somehow reach out to those who this challenge is for. With PTSD, mental ill health, anxiety, depression and other issues some of Team Chariot’s contacts specialize in counselling and therapy – that is Military, Emergency Service and Civilian sectors.
The planned route will stop and perform press-ups outside the property of Hospitals, Police, Fire and Ambulance, as well as a few other locations.
To help Team Chariot’s contacts to do their valuable work, please see their details below. If donating, please mention Team Chariot. Thank you.
